I try to install Xprotolab on W7 but W7 not recognize it properly, in device manager wrote unknown device
Can u tell me step by step how i can install usb correct?
note: i make pcb Xprotolab myself and test usb with atmel studio example, it work properly

Double check that the USB connector and the microcontroller are soldered correctly. Try on another computer to see if the device is recognized.

Thanks for reply /\r\n/When i uninstall unknown device and again plug in device sometimes my windows recognize device and i install driver by zadig and it say successful but the scope not connected to PC interface./\r\n/when i plug in device again, device change to unknown device, I confused, maybe I upgrade something in my xmega? You mentioned in usermanual that the .inf file must be exist for install driver but I couldn't see it in your files

Did you already modify the content of the microcontroller? If not, check if you can enter bootloader mode (press the K1 button while inserting the USB cable).
