Although I am using a fast and reliable web hosting company, I noticed that my website sometimes took too much time to load. I contacted the web hosting's technical support and they pointed out that my website had too many images and too many requests, around 180 requests in total. I checked my website using an online website analyzer. I noticed that the template that I am using, ja_purity, had a ton of images that I am not even using. I even found duplicate images. So with the help of the Firefox plugin Firebug, I started to check which images were used or not in my website. I removed a lot of images and some unnecessary css files. I brought it down to 45 requests, then replaced some images with more efficient CSS formatting, and now the website has only 25 requests.

When I was younger I had a room full of equipment that didn't do all this does. It makes breadboarding really easy and organized. Tim Hayward
